Nissan India has launched a campaign on Twitter to reveal Nissan Terrano, its latest offering in India. A well created microsite has been launched as a part of this campaign. Users have to tweet with Nissan #Terrano as the hashtag to Unlock the vehicle. The theme of the campaign is “Where Will you take it”?. A Tweet box pre-populated with the #Terrano hashtag has been included in the microsite & the bottom strip shows the latest tweets.
As part of the campaigns, BlackBerry phones, lots of goodies & also exclusive preview drive of Terrano is available. The tweets unlocked pixels on the image in micro site and one could hover on the pixels to check out older tweets. Many brands are using such Twitter based campaigns to drive promotions.
