With a majority of product discovery to sales happening on Amazon, other top tech brands are racing to drive users towards the conversion funnel.

Now instagram has rolled out an in-app checkout for e-commerce brands so users can purchase without leaving the app. Checkout on Instagram button whenever a user clicks on a product tag within an image

2) Search and Display are the top two contributors to Digital Advt spends in India

3) Search ads constitute 38%, Display ads 29% and Social Media contributing 13% of overall Digital Spends

4) Advt spends on Mobile Devices are growing at a CAGR of 43% and Social Media at a CAGR of 41% y-o-y

5) E-Commerce, Telecom and FMCG & Consumer durables are the top 3 verticals spending on Digital Advt in India.

Citibank OMG! & Google’s GOSF sale – Online Shopping festivals in India

With the booming of e commerce in India, several online shopping sites have launched recently & creating a lot of buzz online.
